The Centrale des syndicats du Québec (CSQ) invites its members to complete a short questionnaire as part of the assessment of the 2025 pay equity maintenance across the three networks of the parapublic sector. The assessment covers the service centre, school board, and CEGEP networks, as well as the health and social services network.

The Pay Equity Act aims to redress differences in compensation due to the systemic gender discrimination suffered by persons who occupy positions in predominantly female job classes.  
This survey is designed to identify significant events or changes that occurred between December 21, 2020, and December 20, 2025, and their impact on your duties, responsibilities, and working conditions.
